In 2007, I had the amazing idea to build my own gym. At that time, I just had my second baby and I wanted to get back to work, so I did.In 2007 I started my research into healthy recipes, I fell in love with cooking and studied nutrition. I started writing e-books of the best tested recipes ever.
Today I sell my e-books to many women who, like me, want to be healthy and love cooking.
